  • Low profile, programmable measuring light screen systems
  • Systems consist of a controller, emitter/receiver pair, and interconnecting cables
  • Controllers may be programmed for a variety of measurement modes, scan modes, and output configurations
  • Array heights of 140 mm to 1951 mm, depending upon model
  • Minimum object detection size of 2.5 mm (high-res models) to 38 mm maximum
  • Emitter/receiver separation of 1.8 m (high-res models) to 17 m maximum
  • Controllers available with DeviceNet compatible output

  • Emitter-receiver pairs produce strobed array of modulated light beams to produce a light screen
  • Simple, economical, reliable means of sensing small parts passing anywhere through the light screen
  • Light screen area measures 90 mm by the distance of separation between emitter and receiver
  • Emitter - receiver separation up to 2.29 m (LS4 models)
  • Models vary in range and minimum object sensitivity
  • LS10 models have shorter range and higher resolution; LS4 models have longer range and lower resolution
  • Fast 1 millisecond response; built-in 5 millisecond output pulse stretcher
