Powerful Development Tools
The Navigator gives you unprecedented control over projects allowing you to see all the elements of your application in one quick glance. Each project may contain one or many HMI and control applications, as well as any other related files like MS Word documents, spreadsheets, or CAD drawings. Targets can be either Windows NT or CE devices. 

The Toolchest contains over 2000 pre-configured objects. When developing an application, simply click the object you want and drag it to your graphical panel for editing. You can even group multiple objects to edit all at once. You can store objects you create yourself, including panels, scripts, and alarm groups. With such simple handling of objects, each application built saves time exponentially on the next one. 

For even faster development time, View features a common database shared with other Machine Edition components, eliminating tedious searches and re-keying. 

Complete Runtime Tools
View has powerful run-time capabilities. Choose from three types of alarms: monitor limit, deviation, and rate of change - all are logged for easy process history auditing. You can have as many alarm windows as you like. Trending can be viewed in real-time or historical contexts. Data Watch lets you monitor customized data variable tables. Full reporting of real-time or historical alarms and an easy-to-use scripting engine round out View's runtime tools. 

Superb Networking and Connectivity
View's robust networking capabilities expand the power of your systems. When projects call for multiple view and control applications, this package lets you create projects with multiple stations and network them automatically. 32-bit networking lets you reference and use tags from any other View runtimes on the network. It supports all leading PLCs including GE Fanuc, Allen-Bradley, and Modicon, and because it's OPC compliant it also supports connectivity to hundreds of OPC servers. Because View runs on open platforms, it's easy to connect your interface devices to MIS systems over standard networks like Ethernet. Support is offered for all popular open I/O and PLC systems like GE Fanuc Genius and 90-30, PROFIBUS, Allen-Bradley, DeviceNet, Interbus-S, Modicon, Honeywell SDS, and others. 

Choose Your Programming Language
Logic Developer-PC increases productivity by allowing programmers to develop IEC 61131 control logic for many platforms in one powerful development system - using Ladder Logic, Sequential Function Chart, or Instruction List. 

Choose Your Application Size
Easy and economical to implement, Logic Developer-PC can be purchased to support a range of I/O sizes. If you'd like to try it on a small machine, then just purchase the 75 I/O solution at a very reasonable price. Internal tags are not factored into the I/O count. 

Choose Your Platform
Logic Developer-PC is also available pre-loaded and configured on a wide range of industrial PCs or on a standard Dell computer. On Windows NT or 2000 you can use the standard operating system to host your soft controller or use the optional RTX hard real time kernel. You can also order a machine using Embedded NT. For a lower cost, solid-state solution use one of GE Fanuc's Windows CE-based machines.
